How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has shipped, Scott Rich® will email you a tracking number.  You can then track the delivery status at any time using the USPS tracking tool here:

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All orders to the USA and international orders are shipped via USPS.  

How do I return an item?

At this time, the customer is required to pay shipping on return orders. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Scott Rich reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

 

SHIPMENT OF ORDER:

We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements detailed on scottrich.net. All purchases from scottrich.net are made in accordance with the terms and conditions found on the website. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you will assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

What is your return policy?
 

At this time, the customer is required to pay shipping on return orders. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Scott Rich® reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

 

Full-price merchandise will be returned to original form of purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.  After 30 days, full-price merchandise will be returned as store credit.

 

Sale merchandise will be returned as store credit after 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned for a store credit only. The amount of your store credit is determined and based on the original selling price of the items returned. 

 

Final-sale or wholesale merchandise cannot be returned at any time. All items purchased through Facebook, Instagram or Outside Sale Events are final sale.

 

Sample Sale merchandise is not acceptable for return.

All sales are final.

 

Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition.

 

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we do provide international delivery for a $26.90 non-refundable fee.

  • Orders are usually ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days after your custom order is made.

  • Custom orders have an approximate time frame of 15 to 21 days to receive

  • Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.  

  • International shipments are subject to custom clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

  • At this time, duty and tax fees are included in the international shipping cost of $26.90 and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Due to shipping regulations, there will be a $26.90 on international shipping regardless of how much is purchased at scottrich.net. 

  • At this time, gift packaging is not available for international shipments.
