How do I track my order?
Once your order athleisure clothing has shipped, Scott Rich® will email you a tracking number. You can then track the delivery status at any time using the USPS tracking tool here:

All orders to the USA and international orders are shipped via USPS.
How do I return an item?
At this time, the customer is required to pay shipping on return orders. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Scott Rich reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.
SHIPMENT OF ORDER:
We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements detailed on scottrich.net. All purchases from scottrich.net are made in accordance with the terms and conditions found on the website. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you will assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Sample sale, select outlet items and monogrammed products are final sale.
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return and you can expect your refund within 14 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:
Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Sample sale products are final sale
Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged
